My grandmother has always made cream cheese marbled brownies for special occasions for as long as I can remember. They are an absolute family favorite. This recipe is just as good! I was skeptical at first because the brownie batter seemed too thick, and the cheesecake batter seemd too runny. My dad recently brought me duck eggs and said they are supposed to be good for baking. They are huge, so I used only 3 instead of 4, like the recipe calls for. Also, I didn't have a 9x9, so I used a 9x13. It ended up being the perfect size! They smelled amazing, so we couldn't wait to taste them after dinner. I just ate the first square...DEEEEELISH! I will definitely make these again, but I'll try regular eggs next time, to see if there is a difference.
