- 1 pkg. knorr rice sides - cheddar broccoli
- 1 cup tomato (chopped)
- 1/3 cup wish-bone thousand island dressing
- 2 Tbsp. relish

Directions
- Brown ground beef in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove ground beef and drain, if desired.
- Bring water and Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli to a boil over high heat in same skillet. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in ground beef, tomato, Wish-Bone® Thousand Island Dressing and relish.
