  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon i can't believe it's not butter! spread
  • 1 tomato (large, coarsely chopped)
  • 1 pound ground beef

    Directions

    1. Prepare Knorr® Rice Sides - Cheddar Broccoli with water and Spread according to package directions, stirring in tomato with contents of package.
    2. Meanwhile, brown ground beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally; drain. Toss with hot Rice Sides.
