I enjoyed this dish. Easy, fast, and can't go wrong with only one skillet getting dirty. We did use a good bit more beef broth to keep it moist and keep the pan from burning. We used tomatoes and green chilies instead of just diced tomatoes to up the spicy, and it had a decent kick! We also decided it wasn't quite creamy enough/we wanted to gild the lily some, so we mixed in an extra half block of cream cheese at the end and that really took it over the top. Would definitely make again.

very good!!
Added a green and red pepper
Added 3 cups of noodles (added a little more beef broth)
And added quite a bit more of all the seasonings to taste!

It was great. I made it ahead of time and reheated it in the oven. The family loved it.

i have made this twice now, the first time i followed directions and made as is and it was ok kind of bland definitely needed something but i knew it could be doctored up. so this time i added taco seasoning skipped the parsley, and i had a little Velveeta cheese i needed to use up so i added that and only like half the Shredded Cheddar. it turned out so good and will definitely be making it again.

This wasn’t great. Too spicy/hot for my kids. Very average flavor for adults. Would never make again.

It turned out really good. I added bacon cause well it’s bacon. Next time though adding more seasoning was a tad bland. Overall a hit in my house

Reminds me of a fresher tasting hamburger helper. Came out quite tasty, only wish it made more so we'd have more leftovers.

Except for the dried parsIey, I followed the recipe and it turned out great. It tastes strikingly similar to cheeseburger helper!

i made it with red pepper flakes instead of cayenne and used fresh garlic instead of the powder. i also sauted the onions and garlic first then added the meat. My family was half and half but my husband and i loved it so its a keeper for us will just a little more pepper next time.
