It describes it as a chowder but lacks any soup base at all in the instructions and ingredients when I realized that it’s lacking the base of the dish I used 2 cups water 1 and a 1/2 cup chicken broth and 1 cup of heavy whipping cream. I also added more seasoning I eyeballed it but it was about 1 Tbs of pepper, 1tbs of garlic powder, 1 tsp of cumin and 1tbs of salt it ended up pretty good after that I also added 2 cups cheddar instead of 1 and a half
