I rely on recipes for both ideas and as ways to learn more about cooking. I have never cooked with cauliflower in all my 43 years. I planned on learning with this recipe. Too bad the person who wrote it decided to be a lazy writer and leave outthe directions for that step. "Cook the cauliflower" is not helpful. Telling me how to cook it would be helpful... and the point of a recipe, actually. That is actually what recipes are. Unfortunately, when I planned this meal for my family this week and read over the recipe, I missed that you didn't actually give the whole recipe. I trusted you to do that. Big mistake on my part, huh? I mean, what kind or person actually trusts a set of instructions on how to do something- written specifically for the purpose of teaching others how to do that thing-to actually teach them how to do it? Who does that?

Tastes great! Brown bacon first by itself, then add to groud beef otherwise it doesn't get crisp.

My husband and I liked it. We both said it reminded us of hamburger helper from back in the day. Haha! The kids weren’t too impressed (aged 4-10) but we would still make it again. I do wish the directions were a bit more detailed especially regarding how to cook/prep the cauliflower.

Used precooked bacon cut into crumbles for topping. Also used cauliflower bake. IAdded 1 extra egg to make the meat hold together better. Served with condiments.

Turned out very meaty! We only had 10 oz of cauli rice. Next time we will add more, but this recipe was filling!! And still keto

Fabulous added green onion and sliced black olives to the top with crispy bacon. My kids devoured it. Didn’t even flinch about cauliflower. Delish! Will become a family favorite

Added onions to hamburger and topped with fresh basil! Made day before and popped in oven for quick dinner! Bacon made it tasty!
