- 1/2 cup butter
- 10 sage leaves (fresh)
- 2 zucchini (medium, washed and grated coarsely)
- 2 slices ham (cut 1/4 inch thick and diced small)

- 2.5 oz. cheese (Emmenthal, grated coarsely)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 8 basil leaves (chopped finely)

- 2 eggs (at room temperature, lightly beaten)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
