- 1 medium zucchini (shredded)
- 1 medium tomato (chopped)
- Buitoni Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese (5 oz.)

Directions
- BOIL water and bouillon in stockpot. Stir in pasta; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 6 minutes. Reduce heat to low; stir in zucchini and tomato. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are heated through. Sprinkle with cheese before serving. Season with ground black pepper, if desired.
