- 1/2 cup oats (Quick cook, uncooked)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. ground beef (or Turkey, my pkg was closer to 1 1/3)
- 12 cubes cheese cubes (mild chedder, 3/4inch cubes)
- 2/3 cup tomato ketchup
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar (may want to decrease this to 1-1 1/2 tablespoons)
