- 1 cup low sodium low fat chicken broth
- 1 cup milk (low-fat, I used 1%)
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly-)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (or more to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 handful fresh basil leaves (torn)
