  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (I had a cheese blend on hand, but use what you have)
  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves (about 12 stems washed, plucked and rolled in a towel to dry)
  • 2 1/4 cups flour (you may use up to an additional 1/4 c if needed - for a total of 2 1/2 cups)
