Ingredients

- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine (Parkay)
- 2 tsp. pimentos (optional)
- 1 tsp. green pepper (diced)
- 1 tsp. onion (diced)
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)

Directions
- 1.With a mixer, cream the two cheeses and parkay together until well blended.
- 2.Add remaining ingredients with the exception of the nuts. Blend well.
- 3.Put the nuts on a sheet of waxed paper and spread evenly. Put the cheese mixture in the middle of sheet and roll the cheese in the nuts with the aid of the waxed paper.
- 4.Refrigerate in waxed paper covered with plastic wrap over night.
