- 1/4 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 8 tomatoes (large ripe, diced)
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. chili sauce (crushed)
- salt
- pepper
- 2 eggs (poached, per person)
- 3 oz. baked ham (thinly sliced, per person)
