Very easy to make. I used sourdough starter instead of the Greek yogurt and white whole wheat flour. Turned out a bit dense but it think it’s because of the whole wheat. Crust was really nice as well. The bottom of mine got quite black because I made the mistake of putting the Dutch oven on the lowest oven rack—make sure to move it up higher if your heat source is on the bottom like mine.
