- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 250 grams mushrooms (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato puree (mixed with 150ml water and a beef stock cube)
- 150 mL red wine
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes
- 2 tsp. dried herbs (I used oregano & thyme, but mixed herbs are great, too)
- chopped parsley (a handful of fresh)

- 250 grams penne (ziti or macaroni)
- 1 corn flour (scant tablespoon)
- 300 grams Greek yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- 50 grams Parmesan cheese (grated)
