- 1/2 cup currants (rehydrated, soaked in hot water for 30 minutes and then strained)
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup Tahini (packaged, such as Soom or Seed + Mill)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- 1/2 cup ice water
