    The strawberry mousse was divine (ihad only wild ones but their flavour is so intense it may have been an improvement. The crust, sadly, stayed on the springform plateau. Might have worked had it been baked for 10 minutes, or if the plateau was covered with wax paper. Insufficient crust to really even cover the waffling texture on the plateau.
