- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 tsp. chili flakes (dried)

- 60 mL red wine vinegar

- 4 lamb shoulder chops (each about 2.5 cm thick, roughly 1kg in total)
- 200 grams feta (cut widthways into 5mm-wide slices)
- 400 grams peas (podded, fresh or frozen, blanched for a minute, refreshed in cold water and drained)
