Kids LOVED it! Next time, I'm gonna make more of the sauce, 2ish tablespoons is enough for basting but there needs to be more for marinating

Delicious. I didn’t change anything. My mistake was making the pork pieces too small. They shrunk quite a bit when I cooked it but the taste was spot on.

Out of the dozens of recipes I have tried from this app, this one is now in my top three. It takes some time, but it is more than worth it. I would suggest the pork loin be cut into uniform sized pieces. I had two that were smaller. They cooked faster than the largest one, but I honestly did not mind the early appetizer.
