  • 1 pound chanterelle mushrooms
  • 3 1/2 ounces spring onions (trimmed and sliced)

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta in salted, boiling water until al dente. Drain.
    2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan, add bacon and mushrooms and sauté for 4-5 mins. Add spring onions and cook for 2-3 mins. Toss with pasta, season and serve.
