- 1 onion (small, chopped)
- 1 small tomato (chopped)
- 1/4 cup cucumber (chopped, optional)
- 3 sprigs coriander leaves
- 2 green chili (chopped)
- 1 tsp. tamarind paste (thick, or lemon juice, but tamarind paste tastes great)
- 1/2 tsp. syrup (dates, or honey, you can substitute with tamarind dates chutney and can skip tamarind paste too)
- 1/8 tsp. ginger powder (sonti podi)
- 1/2 tsp. amchur (powder, dry mango powder)
- chat masala (as needed)
- pepper (powder as desired)
