- 1/2 tsp. Sriracha chili sauce
- 5 cups distilled white vinegar
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. brown sugar (dark)
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. black pepper (fresh ground)

Directions
- Build a fire (wood or combination of charcoal and wood) for indirect cooking by situating the coals on only one side of the grill, leaving the other side void.
- In a small bowl, combine the Pork Rub ingredients.
- Mix well and set aside.
