  • 2 champagne (your favorite, sparkling wine or prosecco will work too. Select a festive topping for the jello shots, like sprinkles or a colored coarse sugar, I used Betty Crocker’s Gold Sprinkled Gems What You Need to Make Ingredients: 15 oz. of your favorite champagne, or sparkling wine 3 envelopes plain gelatin, Knox Brand 1 Tbsp. Sugar Sugar/sprinkles for topping Step By Step Place your sugar and 10 oz. of champagne in a sauce pan. Add in the gelatin and let sit for 2-3 minutes. Set your burner on low heat and stir until everything has dissolved completely. This takes about 4-5 minutes. Remove from stove, add in the remaining 5 oz. of champagne and mix to combine. Pour mixture into a shallow pan and chill in refrigerator for at least an hour. Cut into squares and dip one side into your preferred sugar/sprinkles. Serve & Enjoy!)
