- 1 cup coconut (light, almond or soy milk, for dairy use regular milk)
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 banana (ripe)
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Kahlúa coffee liqueur
- 1/4 cup vegan butter (substitute/margarine - I use Earth Balance vegan buttery sticks, for dairy, use regular butter)
- 1 cup coconut milk (canned, full fat)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. Kahlúa coffee liqueur (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
