- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup milk (I used almond milk)
- 2 pears (medium, peeled and cut into a small dice, about 1-1/2 cups*)
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
