I made the double batch and used unsweetened organic almond milk, fresh ground cloves, added fresh ground cardamom and used a small chunk of fresh ginger and used Hadley dates as no medjools were available. I love strong chai teas so this worked for me. Ample sweetness and strong flavor and very creamy with perfect pudding texture. I agree if strong is not your thing, just increase the chia and liquid. I can imagine blending a banana if it turned out a bit too runny?

It was gross! Loose texture, flavor was too sharp and the serving size is only one. Tried adding cornstarch and it didn't help. Tried freezing and didn't help
