- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce (packed)
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne (optional)
- 1 tsp. chaat masala (Indian, blend)
- 2 tsp. maple syrup
