Popular dish at a dinner party. I used fresh sea trout I had caught that morning and shrimp. Also through in 1/2c of OJ which didn’t really seem to add much value. Directions say 4 hours but was more like 5.5 hours.

Doctored it up a bit w. diced red and green peppers. Used cod. Delicious! Used Texas Pete instead of Tabasco.

Excellent and simple, We made it using bill fish while on vacation in Hawaii ... so good!
