- 1/2 celery root (medium-sized)
- 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice (more or less, it depends on your preference)

This is A LOT of work! I made it in a casserole. Seems like it's more like six servings. I don't have a presse-purée (whatever that is), so I used my mixer. The celery root gives a wonderful flavor to the mash!
