- 200 mL dry white wine
- 1.25 liters vegetable stock
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast (– I like Marigold)
- 12 sage leaves
- 1 Tbsp. capers (well drained)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
