    My husband and I enjoyed this. It is easy and tastey. We will most certainly make this again.

    Delicious! I replaced carrots with diced red peppers and added a bit more soy sauce. I wish I was still eating this! I am now a cauliflower rice convert (though I blended mine too much so it was more like cauliflower couscous). My husband said he thinks it needs meat but I don’t think so...it was filling enough on it’s own.

    I made the mistake of over processing my cauliflower, so it was more like grits than rice....still good though! Loving this low carb option to rice!

    I used frozen cauliflower "rice" and it turned out tasty!

    Delicious and so easy!! Used my spiralizer and took 2 mins to make the 'rice'. Taste was incredible!! Kid approved too!
