Not bad, still can tell it’s cauliflower. Had to drop the cheese out of the recipe for one person (low fat and carb diet). Put the cheese on top. Also tried one with butter on top instead of cheese. Don’t overdo the garlic, it will overwhelm the flavors.
Maybe the fried egg on top would be good, but there’s already 2 in the recipe. My limit is one a day.
