Good mix of spices. The cauliflower is roasted which is simple and healthy. However - truth in recipe times please! No way you can do all that prep in 5 minutes. I started at the beginning of a basketball game and got it on the table by halftime. We added cabbage and cilantro and squeezed lime juice over the tacos. Served with black beans - tasty!
