- 2 Tbsp. chili powder (or more, blend, recipe that I use below)
- zest (a lime)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime (juice of)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (or more)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (4 g)
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 dash cayenne
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 2 tsp. paprika (1 tsp sweet and 1 tsp smoked or 1.5 sweet and 1/2 tsp smoked for less heat)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. ancho chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. chipotle chili powder (1/4 to , or flakes)
- 1 dash ground cinnamon (all spice/clove, black pepper, cayenne)

I added more salt and spices than called for and used more walnuts than cauliflower. Mixed it with some refried beans and my son had no idea he was eating vegetables and nuts!
