    Excellent. Entire family loved it. Served it with quinoa.
    Bomb. Added extra curry and Cajun spices for more bang to toast, going to make a regular.

    Yum ! Really, really easy and very tasty. Probably the hardest thing is the slicing but I also took the chick pea suggestion and added them with the loose florets, chopped and roasted, to a couscous salad.
