just a nasty texture. shouldnt have wasted my money. next time just spanish rice.

This is my kinda recipe: dynamic flavors, simple, speedy and vegan! I added to the tastebud party with Cajun seasoning, green onion, parsley. Used canned, fireroasted tomatoes, granulated garlic and hand chopped cauliflower. This Awesome! This recipe is going on my potluck party dish list

Very good; family LOVED! Served with 'Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken' (search Yummly for recipe). Super easy; will definitely make again!
