- 1 lb. florets
- 2 tsp. ghee (or oil ~ Make ghee or buy)
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1 cup onion (~ Finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 1/2 tsp. ginger-garlic paste (~ Buy or make ginger garlic paste)
- 1/2 tsp. table salt (or fine sea)
- 1 pinch red chili (Kashmiri ground, ~ Substitutions and more to taste)
- 1 pinch asafetida (hing, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro (~ Chopped, for garnishing, optional)
