- 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning blend
- 2 tsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened nondairy milk
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar (not-too-hot, based hot sauce such as Texas Pete or Louisiana Hot Sauce)
- 1/4 cup vegan mayo (or vegan sour)
- 1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco (garlic, or the hot sauce you used in the wet mix)
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
