    This was a very simple, very easy dish to make! I recommend taking the cheese mixture off and putting on the stove repeatedly as it’s cooking in order to keep its consistency thin enough to pour and spread. Can’t wait to show this recipe off! ***NOTE: Most heads of cauliflower are larger than what this recipe calls for! I doubled all ingredients (other than the cauliflower and only 2Tbs. more butter instead of 3Tbs.) and it worked out very well.
