So tasty and easy to make! I increased the portions a bit and added panko flakes on top and it was great!

Super tasty. Super easy. I didn't cut my cauliflower too small so i needed enough sauce to cover so i doubled the recipe.

Really good! Super easy to make, and I added a bit more half and half, cream cheese, and onion powder. Added a bit of salt to taste for a bit more flavor. Will definitely be making as a side dish again!

Really good, will definitely make again! I added a bit more half and half, cream cheese, and onion powder (probably double!) because I was skeptical of having enough of a base to melt the cheese—my instinct was correct and the dish was wonderfully creamy. Only 3 of 5 family members would eat it, which is good because this doesn’t make much. I served as a side dish and didn’t have any leftover.

Yummy yummy! Everyone loved it! I added a couple tbs cream and 1/2 1/2 and a bit more cream cheese but super huge success in first try... I used fresh cauliflower so texture was just right

I chopped the cauliflower too small/ next time bigger chunks. I also doubled the cheese but shouldn’t it’s rich and creamy

This was a great dish, filling too! I made alterations which might be useful for anyone making it in the UK (I usually do to any dish I make). I boiled & strained the (chopped) Cauliflower then started browning chopped, 1 med. red onion and ~2.5 cloves garlic in about 1TB of butter (amazing addition for great flavour instead of powders). Then, added two big TB dollops of cream cheese and 150ml of double cream which mixed together lovely (still cooking it)! I added shredded chicken I'd already had (could boil and shred while doing the cauliflower or Costco has it canned). Then mixed it all in a dish, topped with grated Red Leicester cheese and grated Parmesan and cooked in the oven to warm through and brown the cheese. Really lovely and the addition of the chicken was very filling!

I️t was great. I️ microwaved the riced cauliflower and added it to the cheeses. I can’t have carbs so this is a healthier substitute.

I didn't feel like cooking the raw cauliflower that I had so I put it in the food processor raw and added it to the cheese mixture. I also added some garlic salt. It had a little crunch to it, but was delicious. Will make it again. I'm thinking it might be good to add a little chopped spinach or kale also. Thanks for the recipe.

Really good. And easy! I added blue cheese, because... well, why not?
Great healthy alternative to pasta I love all the cheese and it tastes great! And idk what else to say

Delicious! All three of my kids (none of whom like raw cauliflower) loved this! I had to double the recipe for our family of 5, and even then it only just barely filled an 8x8 glass dish. I added a little garlic powder and halved the onion powder (per the other review's recommendation). Highly recommend!!

Turned out great. I would use a little less onion powder next time but such a great way to make mac and cheese without pasta. It was satisfying without the heavy feeling you get after you eat pasta.
