    It turned out great I doubled the sauce and I cooked up 1 lb of penne pasta it turned out really good

    I used skim milk and a little corn starch instead of heavy whipping cream. I also grated some white wisconsin cheddar. it was very good, i like it better than cauliflower mash!

    Definitely not like the Mac and cheese fix you may need but it was still really good! The cheese sauce is awesome and it worked for the comfort food I miss while I’m doing low carb

    Unique “Mac” and Cheese but, unlike many reviewers, I did not find it as satisfying as the real thing. I used “Old” Cheddar, which is quite strong; however, its flavour was overpowered by the blandness of cream cheese and heavy cream. Instead of roasting the cauliflower, I wrapped it in foil with some Sunflower oil and threw it on the BBQ for 25 minutes. It turned out nicely browned and was super easy with my gas grill. Although I liked the taste, next time I will try a “cheesier” recipe.

    Way too much mustard. That’s all I could taste! Kids love cheese sauce and they refused to eat it.
