It turned out great I doubled the sauce and I cooked up 1 lb of penne pasta it turned out really good

I used skim milk and a little corn starch instead of heavy whipping cream. I also grated some white wisconsin cheddar. it was very good, i like it better than cauliflower mash!

Definitely not like the Mac and cheese fix you may need but it was still really good! The cheese sauce is awesome and it worked for the comfort food I miss while I’m doing low carb

Way too much mustard. That’s all I could taste! Kids love cheese sauce and they refused to eat it.
