- 2 Tbsp. fresh sage (or substitute 1 tsp dry herbs de provence)

- 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper (fresh)
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper (optional but delicious)
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 10 sage leaves
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 pieces bread
- 2 Tbsp. butter (or oil)
- 1 pinch salt (and pepper)
