Really tasty! A great substitute for actual hashbrowns. I actually use a 3 cups of rice to cauliflower from a huge frozen bag I had in my freezer. Turned out perfect! I’ve been on the spicy side for those of you who can’t have a whole lot of heat. Easy enough to put less Cayenne pepper in, though.

These are a super healthy delicious version of hashbrowns if you are wanting some hash browns this is the way to go they are amazing

I used two eggs instead of one and mine turned into a giant flat hash brown lol I’m going to try to cut it up. I don’t know how they got theirs to stay in a hash brown shape

I don’t know if I added enough cheese or spices. This was good, but a little bland for my liking. Will try again with varying spice and cheese amounts.

Tasty, a little runny before cooking perhaps because I used frozen cauliflower rice.

i liked it but i broiled it after to add that crispiness of what a hashbrown taste like.

These were tasty and fit the bill in terms of carb load. I will probably make them again. Next time I will use pepperjack cheese. Just before they are done I think I will put a little stack of parmesian on top and move them to the broiler for a quick crispy finish.
The only reason I gave them three stars is because they are not crispy.
