- 1 tsp. coriander
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 head red cabbage (finely sliced)
- 1/2 head napa cabbage (finely sliced)
- 3 large carrots (peeled & grated)
- 1/2 cup green onions (finely sliced)
- 1/4 cup toasted pepitas (or raw, pumpkin seeds)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 lime
- 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
