Excellent. Next time I need to make sure I don’t cook cauliflower too much. I probably went over the five min in water. Added the cheese and a little breadcrumbs on top with chili flakes. Served with fish

Amazing! A sophisticated spin on cauliflower- a vegetable our family has eaten much of, sometimes disguised as something else. Here the crowns of cauli stand proud as they are topped in gold and enrobed in béchamel!
