I probably would have put even more spice in it but otherwise a really nice recipe. I mashed up the cauliflower for a kids version and they ate it no trouble.

This recipe is one of our favorites! It's fairly simple and quick to make, and is almost entirely basic household staples. It's a large recipe, and it's often even better as leftovers once the flavors have sat together overnight. I love using gold potatoes in this- they are especially creamy!

Excellent. I'm going to try sweet potatoes or chick peas next time instead of potatoes
