this is...for someone. My boyfriend liked it a lot. We made it exactly as directed.
To me, the texture was awkward and I put ketchup on it.
btw I'm not keto, just gf for health reasons, so I don't intentionally avoid carbs. I think this would suit somebody who does

Maybe I did something wrong but judging by the pictures I expected this cauliflower bread to come out sort of crispy. It was way too dense. But maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be. I will try to make thinner toasts next time. Also, the cauliflower flavor was overpowering for my taste, and its mildly bitter taste coupled with the also mildly bitter taste of the cheddar was not the best combination for me. I tried one of the loaves with Camembert and it tasted way better.

wonderful! doubled the recipe and used smoked gouda cheese... the kids loved it and asked for seconds. will definitely make again and probably add garlic to the cauliflower.
