The recipe is pretty involved and it only makes two pizzas. Each pizza only feeds one so you may want to double the recipe. my crusts didn't get crispy even after baking for almost twice the time.
The results were still very yummy. I love the beets. I would double or triple the recipe to have leftovers to use for other users.
