- 1 cauliflower (medium size, cut into quarters)
- 1 egg (whisked)
- 1/4 cup pecorino cheese (or veganify it — nutritional yeast)
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1 garlic clove (fresh, minced)
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (or crushed tomatoes)
- 1/2 tomato (thinly sliced)
- 6 fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup goat cheese (fresh soft ripened)
- 1/4 red onion (finely chopped)
- 4 cups arugula (fresh organic, or any leafy green)
- 1 apple (organic, thinly sliced)
- 1/4 unsalted almonds (roughly chopped)
- pecorino cheese (A bit of, or parm cheese roughly chopped or veganify it with nutritional yeast)
- sea salt
- pepper
- 1/2 lemon (Fresh juice from)
- 3 virgin olive oil (gluggs of extra-)
- 2 Tbsp. organic coconut oil
- 2 apples (organic, thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup (real, or you could use coconut palm sugar but you would need to add a touch of water or else it will be too dry)
- 1 tsp. canela (ground organic)
