I followed the directions to a T and didn't change any ingredients and it turned out great! I'm not an experienced cook by any means but the directions were super clear. Will definitely make again.

This was DELICIOUS! my son didn't even know it wasn't bread until I told him!! I wish there was a good way to crumble the cauliflower and freeze it for later use. But I did see crumbled Cauliflower at the grocery store recently, so that may be an option too.
